You will need to select your customer type, provide your business identification details and upload supporting verification documents.
Q5: Do I need a VAT ID to register?
If you register as a Reseller, a valid VAT ID is mandatory.If you are a smaller business customer based in Germany and do not have a VAT ID, you may alternatively provide your German Business Identification Number (Wirtschafts-Identifikationsnummer / W-IdNr.).
Q6: Which documents are required for registration?
We may request supporting documents such as a commercial register extract, an identity card or comparable documents to verify your business identity.
Q7: What happens to my uploaded documents?
Your uploaded verification documents are automatically deleted from our system after seven days.
