Revocation of Contract for Consumers
A.) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. To declare your withdrawal please write to

and inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can use the contact form at the bottom of this page. This is the easiest way for us and the quickest way for you to submit a revocation to us.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
I. After you Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The following applies to goods that can be packaged: You bear the direct costs of returning goods below a value of EUR 40.00 and if the return location is outside the European Union.

B.) Additional information on withdrawal
I. Compensation in the event of deterioration
If you are considering a withdrawal, please treat the goods and packaging with care and, if possible, limit yourself to a (visual) inspection, as you would otherwise do in a store, and do not use the goods regularly. If you return the goods after a withdrawal in an entirely or partial deteriorated condition, you may be obliged to pay us compensation, especially if the loss in value is due to an inspection or use of the goods that goes beyond what was required at the time, which would be possible in a store.
For example, according to current case law, the installation and use of a graphics card purchased online can lead to an obligation to pay compensation in the event of a later withdrawal if the value of the graphics card has been reduced as a result. We therefore particularly recommend not assembling PC components such as processors, CPU coolers, RAM, motherboards, etc. before making a withdrawal.
II. Recommended procedure for returns when exercising the right of withdrawal and package label
We recommend that you use our online withdrawal form - you will find the link at the end of this page.
If you use our online withdrawal form, you will receive a DHL parcel label that enables free return shipping to us if the price you paid for the goods to be returned is more than EUR 40.00 and the return is from a member state of the European Union takes place.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, please note that the "own" outer packaging of the products itself may not be used solely as shipping packaging (an exception is, for example, goods such as PC cases, chairs or monitors that you received from us without a shipping box ), as this does not offer sufficient protection for transport. Please note that the goods are shipped sufficiently padded and impact- and slip-proof. Improperly packaged goods will be returned at a cost. Such complaint orders cannot be processed and products declared as defective can no longer be exchanged, as they have most likely been damaged if shipped unprotected and all warranty claims will therefore be lost.
Please do not pack different items together to save volume. Small items should be marked in the filling material for a better overview.
