Collection by another person must be agreed with us in advance and noted in the order.
If the order was placed with regular shipping, delivery will generally be made to the specified delivery address. A spontaneous change to pickup is not always possible.
For pickup on site, the order must be placed as Click & Collect / pickup, or approved by us for pickup in advance.
If collection by another person is possible, we require a simple written authorisation including:
- order number or pickup number
- name/company of the person who placed the order
- name of the authorised pickup person
- short confirmation that this person is allowed to collect the goods
The person collecting the order must bring the authorisation and a valid ID.
