Pay us a visit at our outlet store in the heart of Berlin and examine our premium-quality product assortment on site with many products exclusively available from us. At the Caseking outlet store, you will encounter like-minded case modders, gamers, overclockers and PC aficionados that turned their hobby into a profession.
The Caseking shop is directly linked to our primary logistics centre in Germany, so that all goods can be purchased here that can also be found in the Caseking online shop.
Please understand that no help on PC system build planning or water cooling configurations can be given in our retail shop. You can request an appointment for parts consultation in writing via e-mail to "systems@caseking.de" or via telephone at +49 (0)30 837995-00.

Monday to Friday: 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (CET/CEST)
The outlet store will be closed on public holidays!
Safety Measures & Service Restrictions (last update 06.04.2022)
All customers are asked to adhere to the safety arrangements mentioned below, both in and outside the shop:
- From 18.02.2022, the 2G rule no longer applies.
- From 06.04.2022, wearing a mouth and nose protection is no longer mandatory. However, we ask customers to continue to wear an FFP2 mask to protect themselves, other customers and our staff.
- A maximum of 5 customers are allowed in the shop at the same time.
- Keep a safety distance of at least 1.5 m from our staff and other people (please wait outside if need be).
- No time-consuming consultations are possible in the shop at the moment. Please use our other contact channels in writing for product counsel (forums, contact form, social media, email) linked further down.
- Return of goods within the scope of the right of revocation or complaints are only possible without immediate processing.
- Currently there is no rental of wheel boards / trolleys.
