Service Providers
We ship orders domestically and internationally primarily with GLS, DPD, UPS, or DHL (formerly Deutsche Post AG). During the order process, you can choose between the shipping service providers specified by us.
To offer our customers the lowest and most reasonable shipping costs possible, the calculation is weight-dependent. This means that shipping costs for small items (accessories, cables, etc.) with relatively low weight are generally lower than for larger, heavier products.
All listed shipping costs include the legally mandated VAT.
Shipping with GLS
If you are not present when your order arrives, the GLS parcel courier will notify you (delivery notification). A second delivery attempt is usually made automatically the following day. You can find the approximate delivery time on the notification. If you are not reachable for the second delivery attempt, the package will be sent to the GLS depot in your region. You can then either arrange a new delivery date with your GLS depot by phone, specify a different delivery location for your shipment (e.g., your workplace or a GLS ParcelShop), or pick up your shipment directly at the specified GLS depot within 7 days. Every GLS shipment is insured against transport damage. In the event of transport damage or shortages, please inform us immediately after receiving the package by phone or email!
Attention: If no delivery attempt has been made by GLS 7 working days after receiving our shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. Delays are expected from the pre-Christmas period until spring, and we ask for your patience. NO delivery to Packstations/Post offices!
Shipping with DPD
If you are not present when your order arrives, the delivery person will notify you with a delivery notification. You can pick up your package the next working day at the parcel shop indicated on the card by presenting your ID and the delivery notification. Additionally, you have the option to change the delivery day, arrange delivery to a named neighbor, have the package delivered to a chosen parcel shop from the outset, or arrange a one-time or permanent drop-off approval up to a certain point in the shipping process. Please choose a secure drop-off location that is not publicly visible, accessible, and weather-protected. Once the package is dropped off at the agreed location, it is considered successfully delivered, and claims for theft or damage are no longer possible. Please use this option wisely.
Attention: DPD Priority is NOT express shipping. Your package is merely given priority. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delays are expected from the pre-Christmas period until spring, and we ask for your patience.
Shipping with DHL
If you are not present when your order arrives, the DHL delivery person will notify you (package card). You have up to 7 working days to pick up your shipment at the specified post office. Every DHL package shipment is insured against transport damage. In the event of transport damage or shortages, please inform us immediately after receiving the package by phone or email!
Attention: Sometimes, the DHL delivery person does not leave the notification card directly, and you receive it by post the next day or the day after. In rare cases, no notification is left at all. It is therefore advisable to occasionally track the shipping progress online. If the package has not arrived within 7 working days after our shipping confirmation email, please notify us immediately. Delays are expected from the pre-Christmas period until spring, and we ask for your patience. With DHL Express, there is no Saturday delivery, no Sunday delivery, no weekend shipping, and NO delivery to Packstations/Post offices! If the order is received and fully paid by 12:00 PM, shipping is done within 2-3 working days.
Shipping with UPS
If you are not present when your order arrives, your package will be delivered to a UPS ParcelShop nearby. In this case, the delivery person will leave a notification (UPS InfoNotice) with the address and pickup times of the UPS ParcelShop. You can pick up the package within the following 10 calendar days by presenting the InfoNotice or the tracking number along with your photo ID (ID card, driver's license, passport).
Every UPS package shipment is insured against transport damage. In the event of transport damage or shortages, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package by phone or email!

Delays are expected from the pre-Christmas period until spring, and we ask for your patience. With UPS Express, there is no Saturday delivery, no Sunday delivery, no weekend shipping, and NO delivery to Packstations/Post offices! If the order is received and fully paid by 12:00 PM, shipping is done within 2-3 working days.
Notes on Freight Deliveries
Due to the weight of some items, shipping is done exclusively by freight forwarding for logistical reasons, regardless of the shipping method selected during the order. We ask for your understanding, as this is the only way we can ensure that the goods arrive at your location without complications. Delivery is made to the curbside. Please also note that the delivery time can be between 6 to 8 days (if the goods are in stock)! The freight forwarder will contact the customer by phone after payment is received to arrange the delivery date.
Notice Regarding Delivery Time
If we accept your order, for payment via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, or credit card, the shipment of the goods will be initiated immediately after the order is received. For payment via prepayment, the shipment will only be made after the full amount has been credited to one of our accounts. Please note that we have no influence on the speed of the individual banks! However, you can rely on the fact that every order at Caseking is treated with the highest priority, and we always strive for the fastest possible processing and execution of your order.
After your order has been shipped by Caseking GmbH, you will receive another email with a detailed list of the items sent to you as well as the corresponding package numbers (tracking IDs) or direct links, allowing you to independently check the status of your shipment online. The average shipping time with GLS is usually 24 to 48 hours, and with DHL, it is typically 1 to 3 working days. Please note that Saturday delivery or shipping to Packstations within Germany is only possible with DHL. The stated standard delivery times are without guarantee; we have no influence on the speed of the shipping service providers.
