To stay informed about the whereabouts of your delivery at all times, you can use the online tracking services of our logistics partners DHL, GLS and UPS.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. Therein we are also informing you about which shipping company is carrying your package along with the pertaining tracking number(s).

Furthermore, within the confirmation e-mail you will find a link that leads directly to the online tracking service of the respective logistics partner carrying your delivery. It can’t get any easier and more comfortable than that!
Alternatively, you can find the same tracking link as well as information about the selected shipping company and the tracking number(s) within the corresponding order overview in your customer account.
The status of your delivery can usually be monitored already a few hours after receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail by using the online tracking services provided.
Please note: If no delivery attempt has occurred after 7 business days (within Germany), please check the status of your delivery using your tracking number(s). From the pre-Christmas period into spring, delays are to be expected and we ask for your patience.
Important note upon delivery
Once you have received your goods, please examine, if the package is unscathed on the outside in the presence of the deliveryman. Potential damage has to be confirmed immediately by the deliveryman in writing. This also includes dirt and moisture!
