For regular shipments inside or outside Germany we mainly use GLS or DHL. When you place your order you can choose between the given transport companies.

To ensure the lowest possible shipping costs for our customers, we calculate the shipping costs by weight, which means that the shipping costs will be substantially lower if you only order a cable and a fan, compared to ordering 5 cases.
All the listed shipping costs include german tax.
Dispatch via GLS

Should you not be at home when your package is being delivered, the GLS-transporter will leave a message for you, and mostly try to deliver again the next day. The note should give you an estimate about the timeframe of the next delivery. Should you not be able to be there even the second time, your package will be send to a GLS-depot in the vicinity, which can still be a bit away. You can then either call them and arrange a new delivery date or even address, or pick it up by yourself in the upcoming 7 days.
Each shipment is insured against transportation damage. If you receive a damaged package, its very important to let the transporter note that and to contact us in the next 24 hours either by phone or eMail!
Attention: If you have not received your package or there was no try to deliver 3 days after your order has been shipped, we would ask you to also contact us, so we can make sure you get your order as quickly as possible.
Dispatch via DHL

Should you not be at home when your package is being delivered, the DHL-transporter will leave a message for you. Afterwards you have 7 days to pick up your order at the next Post-Office. Each shipment is insured against transportation damage. If you receive a damaged package, its very important to let the transporter note that and to contact us in the next 24 hours either by phone or eMail!
Attention: Sadly sometimes the transporter seems to forget to leave a note when he did not meet anyone. So, if you do not receive the package or a note 3 days after it has been shipped, we would ask you to contact us, so we can try to solve any misunderstanding and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Dispatch via UPS

Sollten Sie bei Ankunft Ihrer Bestellung nicht anwesend sein, so wird Ihr Paket an einen UPS Paket Shop in Ihrer Nähe zugestellt. In diesem Fall hinterlässt der Zusteller eine Benachrichtigung (UPS InfoNotice), der Sie die Adresse und die Abholzeiten des UPS Paket Shops entnehmen können. Dort können Sie bei Vorlage der InfoNotice oder der Tracking-Nummer sowie Ihres Lichtbildausweises (Personalausweis, Führerschein, Reisepass) das Paket innerhalb der folgenden 10 Kalendertage abholen.
Jede Sendung ist gegen Transportschäden versichert. Bei Transportschäden oder Fehlmengen müssen Sie uns bitte zwingend innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Paketerhalt telefonisch oder per E-Mail informieren!
Achtung: Wenn das Paket 3 Werktage nach Erhalt der Versandbestätigung per Mail noch immer nicht bei Ihnen eingetroffen ist, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unverzüglich.
Other Shipping Methods

A shipment with a truck forwarder or express courier is also possible, just get into contact with one of our service-members. This option will suit most large orders or quick deliveries inside Berlin. Please note that these options will need an individual quote for shipping costs.
Our service will gladly make you a daily offer concerning any of these options. DHL Express and UPS Express do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays and in addition there will be no dispatch on weekends! If the order is received and payment is made in full by 12:00 noon, the goods will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Times

If we accept your order, the shipment will be dispatched immediately if you choose to pay cash on delivery or credit card. If you choose payment in advance or PayPal, your order will immediately be shipped after we receive the payment in full. Please note that we have no influence on the processing time of any bank. But you can be sure that the processing on our end will start on the same day (if you chose stock goods).
After Caseking GmbH has shipped your order, you will receive an additional eMail containing all the details of your order as well as a tracking number, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time. The regular shipping time with both GLS and DHL is 24-48 hours within Germany and up to 7 business days within Europe, depending on the distance. Please note that the delivery on saturdays or shipping to Package-Stations from DHL is only possible with DHL, and only in germany. Our shipment statements are without guarantee, please note that we have no influence on the delivery time of the transport companies.
